一、在中国境内的上海市政府奖学金生

保险费用将由学校统一退还至你的境内银行卡。
二、在中国境内的A奖学生
正常注册并通过入学资格复查后，我校将为你正常发放生活费。报到注册后递交中国大陆境内银行卡信息，请填写以下链接：https://slucgjy.wjx.cn/vm/OTbSQjo.aspx
第一笔生活费将于10月转账至你的境内银行卡。
三、在中国境外的A奖学生
能够按照学校要求参与线上教学、保证正常学业进度并通过学业考核的，在正常来华报到并通过入学资格复查后开始发放生活费（境外期间生活费不予补发）。
注:中国大陆境内银行卡只能办理中国农业银行和中国工商银行的银行卡。
1. Shanghai Municipal Government Scholarship Students in China
Please submit your bank card information in mainland China and fill in the following link:

The insurance fee will be refunded by the SLU to your Chinese bank card.
2. A Award students in China
After the normal registration and through the admission qualification review, SLU will pay you the normal living expenses. After registration, please submit the bank card information in mainland China, please fill in the following link:

The first living expenses will be transferred to your Chinese bank card in October.
3. A Award students outside China
Those who can participate in online teaching, ensure the normal academic progress and pass the academic assessment as required by the SLU will receive the living expenses after registered in China normally and passing the admission qualification review (the living expenses during the overseas period will not be reissued).
Note: You can only apply for a bank card in mainland China with the bank card of the Agricultural Bank of China and the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China.
