11月16日下午，我校在上海外服国际人才培训中心二楼会议大厅，举行“国际学生跨文化融合教育实践基地——上海外服国际人才培训中心”签约暨揭牌仪式。国际交流处、国际交流学院师生和上海外服国际人才培训中心相关工作人员参加了本次揭牌仪式。仪式由国际交流处副处长、国际交流学院副院长郭慧君主持。
On the afternoon of Nov. 16, a signing ceremony was held in the 2F Conference Hall of FSG Mansion to inaugurate the Intercultural Integration Education Practice Base for International Students – FSG International Training Center (ITC). Faculty and students of SLU International Office, SLU School of International Exchange, and relevant staff of the ITC attended the event. The ceremony was presided over by Dr. Guo Huijun, Vice Head of International Office and Vice Dean of School of International Exchange of SLU.
揭牌仪式上，上海外服国际人才培训中心主任陈养铃介绍了上海外服国际人才培训中心的企业宗旨、发展历程和国际人才培训方面取得的卓越业绩，表示基地揭牌后将进一步与立信在国际学生人才培养、科学研究、服务社会、文化传承与创新等方面通力合作，帮助国际学生走好学校和企业之间的“最后一公里”，在“国际”、“融合”及“实践”等三方面着力，合力建好一个有特色的国际学生跨文化融合教育实践基地，共同推动双方在未来的合作发展道路上取得新的成就。
At the inauguration ceremony, Chen Yangling, Director of ITC, introduced the corporate purpose, development history and outstanding performance achieved by the Center, and said that after the inauguration of the Practice Base, the ITC will further cooperate with SLU ininternational student talent training, scientific research, social service, cultural heritage and innovation, and etc., thus connecting the last mile between international students and enterprises and strengthening the international, integrated and practical muscles to build a unique practice base and jointly promote the future cooperation and development of both parties.
国际交流处处长、国际交流学院院长涂丽萍在致辞中，介绍了立信的国际学生人才培养目标、国情教育举措、“十四五规划”中的国际学生教育培养计划等。她指出国际学生跨文化融合教育实践基地的设立是我校融入上海经济社会发展，提升留学生产学研教育上水平上台阶的一件大事，通过国际学生参与外服国际人才培训中心的相关活动，锤炼其跨文化交流能力、专业应用能力，将基地建设成为我校国际学生了解中国、融入上海的品牌。表示将以此次实习基地建立为契机，进一步加强与校外社会资源在人才培养等领域内的交流与合作，紧紧围绕立德树人的根本任务，培养知华友华的国际人才。
In her speech, Professor Tu Liping, Head of International Office and Dean of School of International Exchange of SLU, introduced the objectives of international student training, national education initiatives and the international student education and training plan in the 14th Five-Year Plan. She pointed out that the establishment of the Practice Base is a milestone for SLU to integrate into the economic and social development of Shanghai and improve the level of industry-academia-research education for international students. Through the participation in the activities co-organized with the ITC, international students can refine their intercultural communication and professional application ability, and we will build the Practice Base into a brand for international students to understand China and integrate into Shanghai. It was expressed that the establishment of the Practice Base will be an opportunity to further strengthen the exchange and cooperation with the external and social resources in the field of talent training, to closely focus on the fundamental task of establishing moral education, and to cultivate international talents who are knowledgeable and friendly to China.

Professor Tu Liping and professor Chen Yangling signed the agreement and unveiled the plaque for the Practice Base. To celebrate the occasion, international students and members of the Art Troupe of SLU performed a wonderful cultural performance.
上海外服国际人才培训中心隶属于东浩兰生上海外服（集团）有限公司，成立于2004年，是一家兼具全球视野和本土经验的人才标准、培训发展、认证基地，主要为国内外政府、机构、企业提供人才培训、组织发展、翻译服务的综合解决方案。被中国国家商务部评为“重点联系服务外包培训机构”，中国国家教育部备案、上海市人才服务中心推荐涉外翻译机构，上海市商务委挂牌“上海服务外包人才培训基地”、“上海市服务贸易示范项目”。
Established in 2004, the FSG International Training Center (ITC) is a subsidiary of Shanghai Foreign Service (Group) Co., Ltd. The ITC is a talent standardization, training development and certification base with both global vision and local experience, providing comprehensive solutions of talent training, organization development and translation services for domestic and foreign governments, organizations and enterprises. The Center has been awarded as Key Service Outsourcing and Training Institution by the Ministry of Commerce of China, Shanghai Service Outsourcing Talent Training Base and Shanghai Service Trade Demonstration Project by the Shanghai Municipal Commission of Commerce, and a foreign service translation agency registered with the Ministry of Education of China and recommended by the Shanghai Overseas Talent Service Center.
