上海市外国留学生政府奖学金
一、简介
上海立信会计金融学院为外国留学生设置上海市外国留学生政府奖学金（A类和B类），计划学习本科课程的优秀留学生新生可以提出申请。我校提供奖学金旨在鼓励对学习各方面素质有追求的留学生，帮助他们在中国实现他们的理想。
资助类别、期限及奖励金额 |
A类（全额奖学金） 资助正常学制期间学费，提供重大疾病与意外事故保险； 按月发给奖学金生生活费，每月2500元人民币，一年按照12个月发放； 按月发给奖学金生住宿费，每月700元人民币，一年按照12个月发放。 |
B类（部分奖学金） 资助正常学制期间学费，提供重大疾病与意外事故保险。 |
二、申请与录取
1、申请资质
1）申请人须为外国籍公民，身体健康，年龄原则上不超过25周岁；
2）申请人应遵守中国政府的法律法规和上海立信会计金融学院的校纪校规，遵守学校的教学安排；
3）申请人应具有相当于中国高中毕业及以上学历，学习目的明确，学习勤奋，成绩优秀；
4）申请人未同时获得中国政府其他各类奖学金。
2、申请时间
2020年3月1日-5月30日（节假日除外）
3、申请方式
1）登录“留学上海”（http://study.edu.sh.gov.cn）填写申请信息并在线提交。
2）支付报名费
费用：400元
支付方式：申请者可直接来我校支付报名费，也可以银行转账方式支付报名费。我校银行帐号信息如下：

3）材料审核与补充
申请者提交书面申请材料后，请及时查看邮箱审核结果，并按要求补充相关材料。
4、申请材料
1）《上海市外国留学生政府奖学金申请表》一式两份；
2）最高学历证明和学习成绩证明。如申请者为在校生，须提交就读学校出具的预计毕业证明。非中、英文本的证书还需提供中文或英文翻译件；
3）中英文留学学习计划各1份；
4）推荐信两封；
5）申请B类奖学金需递交HSK4级及以上合格证书，申请A类奖学金需递交HSK5级及以上合格证书（接受全英文授课的外国留学生对HSK合格证书不做要求，但非英语母语国家的学生需提交雅思成绩6.0及以上或托福成绩80分及以上的成绩证明或提交高中英语成绩优秀证明）；
6）除上述申请材料外，我校根据情况还可能要求申请者提供其他补充材料；
7）报名费缴纳凭证复印件一份（请勿在申请材料中夹带现金）。
*以上材料（包括报名费）一旦提交，均不退还；以上所有证书及证明材料原件在开学报到时将进行复核，如有违规行为将有取消入学资格。
5、入学考核
采用面试方式，重点考查学生的综合素质和语言（汉语、英语）交流能力。
6、录取
1）录取原则：学校根据高中成绩、语言能力、支撑材料、面试成绩及其他综合评定，择优录取。
2）录取结果查询：2020年7月初，申请者可通过留学上海网站（http://study.edu.sh.gov.cn）查询录取结果。
*录取结果不受理电话查询。
3）录取材料发放：我校将按报名时注明的联系方式及领取或邮寄录取通知书方式，向录取者陆续发放《录取通知书》及《外国留学人员来华签证表》（JW202表）等入学材料。
4）被录取的奖学金生应持有效护照、《外国留学人员来华签证申请表》（JW202表）、《上海立信会计金融学院录取通知书》和《外国人体格检查记录》到所在国的中国大使馆或总领馆申请来华签证，并按照学校规定的时间办理报到、注册手续；否则，将按照自动放弃奖学金处理。
5）由于我校国际学生公寓会在入住时将收取4个月住宿费与押金（5200元），A类奖学金获奖人若计划入住我校国际学生公寓请在来校报到时提前准备该费用。
Shanghai Government Foreign Student Scholarship
I Introduction
SLU provides Shanghai Government Foreign Student Scholarship (SGS), which is granted to excellent prospective international students who will apply for Bachelor degree program in SLU. SLU offers scholarships, with the aim to encourage those international students who excel both at study and character, sponsoring their academic pursuit in China.

II Application and Admission
1.Eligibility
1) Non-Chinese citizens in good health, no more than 25 years old in principle
2) Compliance with the laws and regulations of the Chinese government and the disciplines and teaching arrangements of SLU
3) Having graduated from senior high school or above, with clear motivations, diligent attitude for study and outstanding academic performance
4) Not being awarded by any other Chinese government scholarship at the same time

3. Application Methods
1) Students can log onto the Study in Shanghai website (http://study.edu.sh.gov.cn) for online registration.
2) Application fees
Application fee: RMB 400
How to pay: Applicants in China need to pay the application fee to the university directly, and the China Union pay card is preferred. Applicants in abroad can transfer the application fee to School bank account.

3) After submitting the written application materials, please check the results of the mailbox in time and supplement the relevant materials as required.
4.Application Materials
1)The Application Form of Shanghai Government Scholarships for International Students, in duplicate
2)The highest official diploma and transcripts. If the applicant is a student at school, he/she must submit the expected graduation certificate issued by the school. Chinese or English translations should also be provided for non-Chinese or non-English certificates.
3)The overseas study plan, a Chinese version and an English version
4)Two letters of recommendation
5)Applicants for Class B scholarships must submit HSK level 4 and above qualification certificates, and applicants for Class A scholarships must submit HSK level 5 and above qualification certificates (no such requirement is made for international students receiving all-English schooling, but students who are not native speakers of English are required to submit the academic transcript of IELTS score of 6 or above or TOEFL score of 80 or above, or the academic transcript of proficiency in English of the senior high school)
6)Other supplementary materials required for enrollment.
7)Transferring receipt of Application fee
*An application with incomplete materials will be invalid.All the above-mentioned application materials and application fee are nonrefundable. School will check all the required original materials when registration. Those whose original materials are inconsistent, study qualification will be cancelled and students are required to leave China within limited days.
5.Entrance Examination
Interview: student comprehensive quality and language proficiency (Chinese, English) are mainly examined.
6.Admission
1)Admission Principle is in accordance with the senior high school results, language proficiency, supplementary materials, interview results and school comprehensive evaluations.
2)The admission result will be announced in Study-in-Shanghaihttp://study.edu.sh.gov.cnearly July, please check it on time.
3)The Admission Notice and “Visa Application for Study in China (JW202 Form)” will be given to the admitted applicants.The results of checking admission is not accepted by calling.
4)Enrolled scholarship students shall apply for visa to China at the Chinese embassy or consulate-general in the host country with their Visa Application for Study in China (Tab. JW202), Letter of Admission of SLU and Physical Examination Record for Foreigners, and handle registration formalities according to the time specified by the university; otherwise, it shall be deemed as the scholarship student having voluntarily given up the scholarship.
5)As our international student apartment will charge 4 months of accommodation fee and deposit (5200 yuan) upon check-in, if Class A scholarship students are planning to stay in our international student apartment, please prepare this fee in advance.
