Brief Introduction of the Distinctive Foreign Exchange Programs:

Cooperative Education Project:

The “1+2+1” double-degree program in actuarial science and risk management started from 2005 between Towson University (the USA) and our University (formerly Shanghai Finance University), and has cultivated more than 80 graduates with gratifying results.With the development of the general situation, the two Universities signed the Cooperation Agreement for the “2+2” Double-Degree Program of Actuarial Science and Risk Management in June 2018, and has enrolled 4 students in the Program.

Teacher & Student Exchange Programs:

In recent years, the School has established cooperative relations with multiple universities. The exchanges of teachers and students have reached to a certain scale, and lead to the qualitative transformation from short-term overseas study tours to stable long-term exchanges. Foreign experts from Poland, the United States, Belgium and other countrieswereinvited to hold academic lectures for SLU teachers and students;more than 15 person-times (SLU teachers) visited the cooperative universities for long-term study and short-term exchange; the School teachers participated in foreign academic exchanges for nearly 50 times, and submitted conference papers,accepted exclusive interviews or delivered conference speeches for 16 times.More than 50 students participated in long-term and short-term overseas exchange programs.
