II.Basic requirements:
The applicants shallhave great passion in education, work well in a team, and be responsible. Strongteaching and scientific research ability is a must. The successful applicantshall generally hold a doctoral degree and not be more than 32 years old.Applicants with overseas education background are preferred.
III.Relevant benefits:
For overseas tenure trackpersonnel recruited by the School of InternationalFinance, School of International Economics and Trade, or School of BusinessAdministration, refer to international salary standards, with specific salarynegotiable. Except for the Department of Foreign Languages, Department ofSociety Science, and Department of Physical Education, basic subjects, otherschools and departments of our university will recruit exceptional Ph.D. holdersfrom colleges and universities in China. For such personnel, a “teacher andresearcher” system will be executed, with annual salary of RMB 160,000 –200,000. Specific benefits are negotiable according to relevant assessments.
