金融学本科专业介绍

一、培养目标

本专业培养适应现代金融行业发展需求，具备诚信品质和国际视野，具备较强实践能力和创新精神，系统掌握经济金融理论、熟悉金融运行规律和金融实务，能够在各类金融机构、企事业单位及其他经济管理部门从事金融业务与管理的高素质、复合型、应用型金融人才。

二、培养特色与培养规格

（一）培养特色

以鲜明的金融专业特色为主，通过理论教学与实践教学的深度融合，将行业实务课程引入到专业课程体系中，注重国际学生金融职业能力、综合创新能力、金融实务操作与分析能力的培养，拓展国际学生知识空间，并挖掘职业发展潜能。

（二）培养规格

本专业毕业生应获得以下几方面的素质、知识和能力：

1.具有良好的政治素质和道德修养，品行端正，身心健康，积极进取。具有较全面的社会人文知识和良好的职业道德素养，有较强的沟通和团队协作能力。

2.熟悉中国金融法规与政策环境，掌握金融学基本理论和专业技能，熟知中外金融制度、金融市场运行规律与机制，具有处理国内外金融市场各类金融交易、投资理财及风险防范的技能。

3.掌握经济管理类文献检索的方法与技能，具备获取信息、知识和进行科学研究的能力，具有独立思考、分析与解决问题的能力，以及较强的语言和文字表达能力。

4.英语的学习和运用达到较高水平，具备较好的听、说、读、写能力，具有一定的汉语能力；具备娴熟的计算机操作和应用能力，能运用计算机软件实现基本的金融计量与计算；具备一定的数据分析统计处理能力，能进行定量分析、预测及建模。

本专业主要课程包括：中国概况、跨国公司经营与管理、计量经济学、国际征信体系、国际金融学、银行监管、金融机构、金融市场学、投资学、金融发展动态、投资银行学、商业银行经营与管理、国际结算、金融理财规划、金融风险管理、衍生证券与其他投资等。
