EDUCATION BACKGROUND:
1982-1991, studied in Binzhou College and the English Department of Shandong Normal University.
1984-1994, taught College English in Boxing Normal School and Binzhou College; Senior English Lecturer of Shandong Science and Technology Education Training Center.
1992-1996, master of international economic law in the Department of International Law of East China University of Political Science and Law, and the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Law Postgraduates of Huazheng Postgraduate.
1997-2005, Xinhua News Agency was directly affiliated to Shanghai Securities News, serving as a financial and securities journalist, general publisher of the newspaper and general manager of the head office, and chief legal adviser.
2004-2007, a doctoral student in international economic law at the School of International Law, East China University of Political Science and Law, and obtained a doctorate in law.
2007-2007 Visiting Scholar of California State University, USA.
2005-2016, worked in Shanghai Institute of Finance and successively served as the director of the Law Teaching and Research Department of the Ministry of Social Sciences, the director of the Law Department of the School of Political Science and Law, the deputy director of the University-Industry-University-Research Cooperation and Management Office, and the deputy director of its scientific research department.
2016-now, worked in Law School of Shanghai Lixin Accounting and Finance College.

1. In early years, awarded the titles of Labor Model and New Long March Shock Soldier during his work in Shandong Province.
2. In 1996, On Several Legal Issues of the World Trade Organization won the first prize for excellent papers in the third Taofen Academic Festival of East China University of Political Science and Law.
3. In 1999, won the first prize of the second China Securities News Thesis Award for his Playing the Supervisory Function, Regulating the Market Operation-On the Dialectical Relationship between Securities News and Securities Legal System.
4. In 2007, the textbook of Economic Law (editor-in-chief) won the excellent textbook of Shanghai Finance College.
5. In 2008, Economic Law Textbook and Curriculum Construction won the Excellent Teaching Achievement Award of Shanghai Finance College.
6. In 2008, won the second prize in the first bilingual teaching competition of Shanghai Finance College.
7. In 2010, the paper Research on the Optimized Legal Environment for the Construction of Shanghai International Financial Center won the third prize for excellent papers at the 2010 Banking Law Research Institute of China Law Society.
8. In 2011, the paper Research on the Legal Regulation and Improvement of China's Financing Guarantee Industry won the third prize of Excellent Papers of the Banking Law Research Society of China Law Society in 2011.
