Intercultural Business Communication
Pre-requisites: Comprehensive English I-IV
Content:It is a basic compulsory course for students of the Business English program. It aims to help students understand cross-cultural communication and enterprise management under the background of globalization in the new era, and improve their ability to analyze actual business cases with cultural knowledge. This course covers the following four aspects: the meaning and dimension of culture, cross-cultural management, organizational culture and organizational diversity, and cross-cultural communication and negotiation. Students are required to focus on the impact of culture on enterprise management, and accurately understand the correct and effective communication and negotiation methods under different organizational forms and cultural backgrounds.
