Content:It is a course which takes the international rules related to international business activities as the main object. Through the course, students can understand the basic theory of international commercial law, master the main spirit and basic content of international commercial law, and analyze and solve practical problems in the field of international commercial law by using the principles and legal provisions of international commercial law. Taking the general international business environment as the background, the course is to train students’ legal thinking and comprehensive legal ability.
Besides, under the professional teaching idea of “taking law as the core, business as the background and practice as the main line”, students can communicate fluently in the commercial legal affairs they may be engaged in in the future and quickly draft legal letters upon mastering the basic international commercial law rules as well as certain operation skills . The contents of this course include company law, international goods trading law, international goods transportation and insurance law, international payment and settlement, bill law, contract law and so on. It is hoped that by studying this course, students can make good plans in the future international business practice activities, reduce disputes, and effectively seek legal protection, so as to save transaction costs and guarantee transaction security.
