Course Introduction:
This course is a compulsory course for the programs of Insurance and Actuarial Science. This course will enable students to master the basic knowledge of personal insurance (mainly about life insurance, endowment insurance, personal accident insurance and health insurance) and related terms. The students will know the practice of insurance acceptance and claim settlement practice, personal insurance business-related civil and commercial laws, and money management practice. The course is to train applies talents who are competent for life insurance business in insurance companies.
This course integrates the core socialist values into the classroom teaching and highlights application-oriented characteristics. It introduces the principle of utmost good faith and insurance contract in detail, so as to further enhance the students’ concepts of harmony, equality, the rule of law and dedication.
