On october 9, “2016 Lujiazui Block Chain Finance Summit Forum” themed on “Embracing Innovation, Preventing Risks and Maintaining Sound Development” was held in China Financial Information Center in Shanghai. “Lujiazui Block Chain Finance Development Alliance” was formally launched. Vice President Chen Jingying of Lixin University attended the launching ceremony. The forum was sponsored by Lixin, with Modern Payment and Internet Finance Research Center providing academic supports. Over 400 senior officers from financial industry, experts from academics and elites from IT industry attended the forum.
This forum consisted of two parts, namely keynote speech and round-table forum. Chen Yuehua, Inspector of Shanghai Municipal Commission of Economy and Informatization, Wan Jianhua, President of E-Capital Transfer Co., Ltd. and Chairman of the Association of Shanghai Internet Financial Industry, Wang Hua, Director of Shanghai Lujiazui Financial City Development Bureau, and Ye Guobiao, General Manager of China Financial Information Center made speeches respectively. Among other experts and scholars, Wu Daqi, professor of Lixin and counselor of Shanghai People’s Government, Qiao Yide, Vice Chairman of Shanghai Development Research Foundation, Li Xunlei, Vice President and Chief Economist of Haitong Securities, Yang Tao, Director Assistant of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences Financial Research Institute and Director of Chinese Block Chain Research Alliance, and Qin Yi, initiator of Deloitte Chinese Block Chain made keynote speeches. Lixin Professor Ma Ying made a speech at the round table forum.
